The company was formed in August 1999 by its founding members : Mr Eduard Utama.
Alam Subur Tirta Kencana started with humble beginnings. It operated out of Mr Utama's home with only 3 agencies in the food ingredients area. Through hardwork and perseverance, the business grew quickly. By 2003, the company moved into a new purposed-built 5,000 square metres office and warehouse facility where the present head quarters is located. Alam Subur Tirta Kencana now distribute ingredients for the food, pharmaceutical and nutraceutical industries. The company currently represents over 17 principals around the world including Europe, China, India and the USA.

The key staff and directors of the company have years of experience in the Indonesian ingredient businesses, which extends to ingredient sourcing and supply, food distribution and food manufacturing.
We structured our sales field into 3 strategic sales divisions : Food and Beverages, Pharmaceuticals & Nutraceuticals. Setting up our strategy and having the solid and productive sales team backup by our product development people. The Finance, Administration, Distribution and Logistic division have also their own part in supporting the sales team. Together, in a healthy collaboration, we build and develop PT. Alam Subur Tirta Kencana.
