Building up people at Alam Subur Tirta Kencana

PT. Alam Subur Tirta Kencana held the fourth outbond training which located in  Marbela hotel , Anyer- West java on 9 to 10 October 2010.

This outbond is part of management  program to building the peoples who working at this company. The outbond's theme for this year is " responsibility begin with me", which focuses on how to build a sense of responsibility starting from oneself, developing in to division then impacting to the company.

During this 2 days ,participants was trained with the games and direct discussions with managers & director, to engage in with company's vision & mission.
