Cargill for Indofood half day’s seminar

Human are naturally facing with three basic needs such as food , clothing and shelter. The need for food is unconditional and must be fulfilled for the sake of human survival. The rapid growth of technologies and knowledge , specially in the field of food & beverage has brought to convenience, more practical &more healthy . Recently, food & beverages products sold in both terms of practical consuming & packaging. As the result, many of the products gives impact on human ‘s health.

On September 28,2010. Cargill ( CTS/ Cargill Texturizing Solution) Group & Pt. Alam Subur Tirta Kencana conducted for half day’s seminar which was designated exclusively to PT. Indofood Sukses Makmur at Sheraton Media Hotel and Towers. The aim of this seminar is for introducing the ranks of CTS’s ( Cargill Texturizing Solution) products to all division from Indofood Sukses Makmur, which was presented division are from snack, seasoning, dairy, sauce, biscuit, & ice cream. This seminar also can be interpreted for that’s Indofood is the most important business partner for both , Cargill & Alam Subur Tirta Kencana. With product’s diverse from Cargill , which capable to provide  practicality, more superior quality & healthy. Cargill’s products will give more significant contribution to PT. Indofood Sukses Makmur.

In this seminar, the presented products was including such as modified starch, & hydrocolloid system which can help for stabilizing in dairy’s products and also suitable for egg & fat replacer.

The seminar went quite exiting, and a lot of question posed by participants. We hope to hold another seminars in the future which exclusively designed for our key’s customer and partners.
